Return Policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, in new condition, with their original packaging and any included accessories.

Returns that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Items excluded from returns

For reasons of fragility or artisanal production, certain items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
• Unique handmade pieces with natural variations (colour, texture, shape)
• Large furniture
• Sale items or items purchased with a special discount code
• Opened sealed products (cosmetics, home fragrances…)

Return procedure

1. Contact us first by email at contact@casalmamenorca.com with:
• the order number
• the item(s) concerned
• the reason for the return

2. 2. After validation by our team, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions.

3. 3. Items must be carefully repackaged to ensure safe transport.

4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours or the product is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of a defective item or a preparation error.

Damaged items upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with:
• a description of the issue
• photos of the package and item
• the order number

We will open a claim with the carrier and offer you a solution (exchange, credit or refund).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To change an item, simply return the product and place a new order.

Furniture and large items

For furniture or large items (tables, armchairs, mirrors, XL lighting), returns must be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us before any return; specific transport fees may apply.
