Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Spain), you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification or incurring penalties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The withdrawal period begins on the day when:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the item(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/strong>

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Casalma Menorca will refund you:<\/span><\/p>\n

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. <\/span><\/p>\n

Casalma Menorca may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided.<\/span><\/p>\n
